Pedal Power Meets Community at the Sandy Eco Expo
We’re excited to be part of this year’s Sandy Eco Expo, a vibrant celebration of sustainable living and community action.
Join us Saturday 3 May in Sandringham as we showcase three of our favourite rides that make ditching the car for short trips easier (and way more fun!):
🚲 A front-loading cargo bike – perfect for families, furry friends or carrying anything from surfboards to shopping bags.
🚲 A rear-loading longtail bike – our go-to for versatility and school runs.
🚲 A compact e-bike – a zippy, space-saving solution for city rides and daily commutes.
You’ll also meet Emmy, a Bayside local who cycles everywhere with her cargo bike and her dog Rocket 🐶. Emmy is also the co-owner and co-founder of Dutch Cargo Bike and will be hosting an “Ask Anything” booth for anyone curious about riding more in Bayside — from which bike suits your needs to how to find safe local routes.
This free event is a perfect chance to test ride, ask questions, and find out just how easy and joyful it is to swap short car trips for bike trips.
