Refund policy
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide any separate warranty regarding the condition, operation, suitability or quality of your Product beyond any manufacturer warranties.
SALE ITEMS
To ensure we can offer the best possible pricing, all sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances, including change of mind.
We strongly encourage you to review your purchase carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions about a sale item, please contact us prior to purchasing.
RETURNS (NON-SALE ITEMS ONLY)
For full-priced items, we may accept a return within thirty (30) days of the shipping date, provided that:
The Product is unused
The Product is in original condition
All tags are attached
All packaging is complete and intact
Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
If a return is accepted, we will provide either:
A replacement product (where available), or
A refund of the purchase price (less any applicable fees)
Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.
If the Product was purchased using discounts, gift cards, or coupons, any refund will reflect only the net amount paid.
Approved change-of-mind returns for online purchases will incur a $10 administration fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and system charges. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover return postage for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, compatibility issues, or sizing concerns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you believe your Product is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed and the claim is accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
REFUND PROCESSING
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to five (5) business days to appear in your account once processed.
PAYMENT TERMS
You may not encumber, mortgage, pledge, lease or hire the Product without our written consent while payment remains outstanding.
