    1) Shimano Alfine 11-Speed + Gates Belt Drive

    The premium “set-and-forget” drivetrain. Alfine’s sealed 11-speed internal hub pairs with a Gates Carbon Drive belt for silent operation, outstanding durability, and minimal maintenance—perfect for year-round commuting, school runs, or heavy-use cargo riders who want clean, hassle-free performance. 

    2) Shimano Alfine 8-Speed + Gates Belt Drive

    All the belt-drive benefits at a sharper price. This kit keeps things simple and robust: an 8-speed internal hub that lets you shift while stopped (gold in traffic), plus the smooth, weather-proof Gates belt. A brilliant choice for urban families and everyday riders who value low upkeep. 

    3) Shimano Deore 20-Speed
