Orders & Shipment

Shipping costs, taxes and duties

Shipping costs throughout Australia are quoted on the invoice. We ship the bike with accredited well-known Australian shipping companies  in a sturdy well packed box, any damage is out of our hands and falls under the clients account.

We email you a con note number so you can track and trace the package. Once it is up to be deliverd make sure you are home, as re-delivery will be charged afterwards.

Pick up in Melbourne is of course free.

Prices quoted on the website

All prices are excluding assembly and shipping.

Assembly for a small fee is only optional for Melbourne clients, or clients who pick up their assembled bike.

Delivery and processing

Once the order has been placed and payment is received it takes us up to two working days to prepare her for her journey and say goodbye.

Full payment should be in our bank-account before we ship the bike or accessories.

We do our best to accommodate our clients in any possible way, but can’t be held accounted for Santa, birthdays,  and other celebrations. If you wish to get a product before a certain date, it is wise to order this timely.

Order status

As soon as we have waved your package goodbye we will email you a shipping confirmation notice. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please give us a call 0458858713

Assembly

Most Dutch Cargo Bikes need a little bit of assembling. It is preferred that a bike shop does this for you. An assembly guide will be emailed with your invoice.

Maintenance

Maintenance

To keep your bike smooth and happy make sure to take care of her on a regular basis. A manual will be provided to tell you the ins and outs of keeping your bike in great shape. No worries, it’s as easy as 1,2,3!

Personal adjustments

It is possible to adjust the seat and handlebar to the height and angle that fits your size and personal preferences.

So sorry, but we can’t accept products for returns. We can help re-sell your bike after a few years when you are ready for a different concept bike.
