On Tern folding bikes we discovered the best micro breweries around town and took an Uber home!

We have done some great research for you, and of course tried it out too!

We had the pleasure to try out some great Tern folding bikes and discovered the best micro breweries around town, all a cycling distance apart!
Want to try it too? Easy peasy, get your Tern bike from 1 of the amazing Tern dealers and follow the map and beer ideas below;

We started off (close to the Tern warehouse) at the 2 brothers in Moorabbin, this brewery began with two guys who love craft beer – and yes, they are actually brothers, and still brew the beer themselves. It is located in an industrial area, and has this industrial feel. But with all the green and happy people it is a really cool place! A must visit, and feels a bit secret as it is tucked away from the day to day shopping-strips.

Then cycled to the Bad Shepherd in Sandringham, where you sit next to beer kettles, you feel like being part of the whole process!  The Bad Sheppard makes beer; “We take all this ‘stuff’ and do all these ‘things’ and then some beer is born”. And Dereck and Diti Hales do a great job! We tried the beer with some pulled pork…yum!

Ending at True South in Black Rock, where we got an Uber back home. True South used to make their beer on site, but  now True South Beer is brewed at Blackman’s Brewery. It has a different feel in here, with open spaces and a special menu. Less hipster more glamour. We tried the little beer tasting menu, with some nice wintry beers.
